Bin is a regular person. Like most people, Bin has a prominent feature, which is his tendency to not care whether things are neat and organized so long as he can find what he's looking for.
Bin is essentially the regular counterpart of Bob. After the Regular Extermination Project, he was never seen again. However, there are rumors that he is still alive, either in hiding or disguised as a regular person.
