The 1946 phony phone was the first commercial cellphone ever invented in the infinitiverse. Joe has a 1946 phony phone as well as Agent Broque. It needs a lot of batteries which run out quickly. There is a screen but you can't see anything on it. It's just there to fill up space. The only buttons are 1, 2, and call. You enter your number (you can only call numbers consisting only of ones and twos), then you press call. When you're done, you press the call button again to finish the call. You cannot do anything but call numbers consisting only of ones and twos, so no one uses the 1946 phony phone anymore.
