Mr. Nothere is never here. No one has ever seen him and if you schedule an appointment with him, he is never there. Or here, for that matter. Some say he is from the Nonexistaverse. Nevertheless, he has rented a room on the eighth floor of the Joe Evil Zincorporated building. Whenever Joe comes to collect his rent, Mr. Nothere is "surprisingly" not here to pay it. For some reason, Joe hasn't thrown him out yet (maybe because he's not there to be thrown out).
