What happened[]
It was Halloween 2012. Mr. Broque's house was already fenced off by the police with a warning for trick or treaters because of what happened the year before. Mr. Broque was getting into the halloween spirit by wearing an extremely dull belt with a terrificly unscary scull on it. When he looked into the mirror and saw himself with that belt, he thought there was a monster in the mirror and dialed 911. The police were pretty mad at him. They decided to lock him up for next year's Halloween.
