A planck microscope is a microscope is a microscope you use to see things or distances smaller than the planck length (~1.6*10^-35). You need it to see Mr. Tiny and many of the things in the Tinyverse. A planck telescope, however, lets you see outside distances up to ~1.6*10^35 (bigger than the universe!).
